Who has the best coast path - England or Wales? Lonely Planet
This is not a Twickenham tussle. Nor is it a Gav versus Stace tug of love. It’s the battle of the coast paths. My pal Rachel Ifans (Miss Wales) and I (Miss England) were very happy to see our respective arguments published by Lonely Planet. Some excerpts below or you can read the whole article here.
The England Coast Path officially opened in March and while King Charles walked a celebratory stretch of the newly opened King Charles III England Coast Path at Seven Sisters, I walked one (‘My Favourite Stretch’) in Suffolk. The only other differences: he wore a tie (I didn’t); he walked 2km (I walked 18); and he (probably) didn’t set off with a Co-op meal deal.
